Fitness means many things

To some, it is the ability to participate in a triathalon. To others, it may be performing at the top level of their sport. Some believe that fitness is related to an ideal weight and body percentage.

The true meaning of fitness depends on your goals and daily activities. Whatever your fit is, it requires cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.
